1. What’s your name, role at Style Fox, and what do you oversee day to day?

My name is Nick, and I handle Sales and Logistics at Style Fox. I oversee sales, furniture management and movement, and all communication with real estate agents and clients. I also manage all of our marketing and advertising.

2. What’s your background, and how has it shaped the way you run Style Fox today?

My background is in IT, along with 13 years working in emergency communications. This has shaped the way I run Style Fox by focusing on clear communication, strong systems, and using technology to streamline processes wherever possible.

3. What’s your focus when working with real estate agents and sellers?

My focus is to make the process easy and straightforward. We aim to deliver a high-quality service without stress or unnecessary complexity, so agents and sellers feel confident and supported from start to finish.

4. What’s one thing you do behind the scenes that clients don’t always see, but makes a big difference?

A lot of the work happens behind the scenes, including managing marketing and advertising, as well as coordinating and of course the movement of furniture to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.

5. What do you believe matters most when it comes to preparing a home for sale?

I believe first impressions are vital when selling a home. That starts from the front gate and front yard, through to the front door and the first things buyers see when they enter the property.

6. What do you want agents and sellers to feel when they work with Style Fox?

I want agents and sellers to feel that the process was easy, seamless, and delivered at a high level of quality from start to finish.

1. What’s your name, role at Style Fox, and any styling or design qualifications you hold?

My name is Eileen and I’m a Stylist for Style Fox. I have my Diploma in Interior Design.

2. How would you describe your styling passions?

​

My styling passions are rooted in colour, thoughtful detail, and accessibility. I love using colour to tell a story and create mood. I’m equally passionate about making style feel achievable. Great styling doesn’t need to be expensive, it needs to be intentional.

3. What’s the first thing you look for when styling a home for sale?

​

The first thing I look for is the functional layout of the home, how each space flows, how rooms connect, and how buyers will naturally move through the property. From there, I focus on identifying and highlighting any existing features, such as natural light, architectural details, or built-in elements, and styling around them to enhance the home’s best assets and help buyers immediately see its potential.

4. What’s one styling secret that helps sell a home?

One styling secret that helps sell a home is paying close attention to the details. Small, considered touches creating that lived in feel.

5. What do you want buyers to feel when they walk into a Style Fox styled home?

​

I want buyers to feel an immediate emotional connection when they walk into a Style Fox styled home. The goal is for the space to feel welcoming, somewhere they can instantly picture themselves living.

6. Tell us a little about your family or what life looks like for you outside of styling.

​

Life outside of work is busy! Chasing after a very active 4 year old and renovating our home, my husband and I are kept on our toes. We are always keeping an eye out for our next project too.
